PROVEN EXPERIENCE Gemini Consulting is led by Lloyd Davies, experienced in a wide variety of technical writing projects and disputes resolution scenarios with some 35 years of senior executive management experience. In addition to long experience in policy and procedural development in both the government and not-for-profit sectors Lloyd is a qualified disputes resolution practitioner. He has a Diploma in Law and Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Dispute Resolution). Associations extend to a current Fellow of the Institute of Management New Zealand, as well as an being an Associate of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand.
